Polymer Pad Adapter (Rotary - Model FJ6138BK)

Rotary Polymer Pad Adapter Kit provides an additional 1/2" of clearance. The adapter will fit any frame engaging surface or inground Rotary Lift manufactured since October 1973. This kit includes four (4) FJ697 Adapters and a 2 piece column or wall mount adapter rack.
