Used to expand the end of a piece of 3″ exhaust tubing to allow another piece of the same size tubing to sleeve onto it.

Important Note: Bendpak has changed the O-Rings on their expanders to cheap rubber bands, most of which arrive broken during shipping.  We would advise purchasing one of the following O-Ring Kits:
HUT-871   Package of 10 (Rubber O-Ring Assortment)
